YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Update: The county coroner's office identified Hector Vargas, 48, as the victim of Thursday's shooting.
Antonio Salvano Ramos told police that he shot the victims because he thought they were conspiring to kill him and steal his money by poisoning his food, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
The coroner's report stated Vargas's cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds and ruled it a homicide.

The first call to police came in shortly after 5 p.m., according to York County Dispatch.
York County Coroner Pam Gay confirmed to FOX43 that her office responded to the incident along the 1400 block of Clayoma Avenue in North Codorus Township. The coroner's report stated that the victim had reportedly been involved in an incident at the home.
The Northern York County Regional Police Department says that when it arrived at the scene, officers found a man with multiple gunshot wounds and a woman with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The man was pronounced dead at the scene; the woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
An autopsy has been scheduled for Feb. 19 at 8 a.m.
Police arrested Antonio Salvano Ramos, 47, at the scene. According to online court documents, he has been charged with criminal homicide and first-degree murder.
His bail was denied, Ramos is currently at York County Prison.
Officers say this was an isolated incident and there is no danger to the community.
