YORK HAVEN, Pa. — A York County man was convicted of several charges related to the sexual assault of a 9-year-old girl in 2021, District Attorney David Sunday said this week.
David Anthony Kondrad, 47, of York Haven, was convicted Wednesday of multiple counts of Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Indecent Assault, and Corruption of Minors.
He is scheduled to be sentenced at a hearing on April 11, Sunday said.
According to the criminal complaint affidavit filed by Newberry Township Police in January 2022, Kondrad inappropriately touched the victim, a friend of his daughter's, on multiple occasions over the course of a year.
The victim reported the allegations to authorities in December 2021, according to the complaint.
The contact occurred almost every time the victim visited her friend at Kondrad's home, the complaint states.
