YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Authorities are searching for the Fire Police Captain of a York County fire company.
Fire Police Captain Tony Bortner of Laurel Fire Company #1 in Windsor has reportedly gone missing. The fire company's Facebook announced Bortner's disappearance on Saturday afternoon, saying that he had been missing for nearly 48 hours at that point.
Laurel Fire Company #1 announced later Saturday evening that Bortner's vehicle was found by Pennsylvania State Police, though no further updates have been given.
The fire company urged anyone with any information on the disappearance to contact Pennsylvania State Police Loganville Barracks.
