York County police incident ends after several hours, one arrested

The incident, which began at 8:20 a.m., ended after several hours when Brian Price, 43, surrendered to police.

YORK COUNTY, Pa. — A York County police incident ended with one arrested.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, on Nov. 7 at 8:20 a.m., Troop J Troopers were notified of a domestic incident located at the 10 block of Eisenhart Mill Road in Washington Township.

When troopers arrived at the scene they met with the victim who said she had gotten into an argument with 43-year-old Brian Price earlier inside the home. The argument escalated and Price allegedly brandished a handgun, pointed it at the victim and made threatening comments.

Through an investigation, troopers determined Price was not allowed to possess a firearm due to a prior felony conviction. PSP established a perimeter around the home and attempted to cox Price out of the house.

After several hours, Price left the home and was taken into custody without incident. The incident ended at approximately 3:35 p.m.

He has been charged with possession of a firearm, terroristic threats and simple assault.
