YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who allegedly assaulted and robbed an elderly woman in York County.
According to the West York Borough Police Department, the assault and robbery took place on the 1100 block of Rampart Avenue in West York on the morning of Thursday, Dec. 12.
