YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Police are asking for the public's help in investigating a York County crash.
According to the West Manchester Township Police Department, the serious crash occurred on West Market Street west of the US Route 30 interchange at approximately 6:47 a.m. on Friday. Authorities say a white Subaru Impreza and an electric bicycle were involved in the incident.
