MOUNT WOLF, Pa. — A York County man has been charged with indecent exposure, corruption of minors and other offenses relating to his alleged conduct around a 16-year-old girl last year, according to York County Regional Police.

Ralph Hall, 51, of Mount Wolf, was charged following an investigation of his reported actions in April 2023. The victim and her mother contacted authorities two days after the alleged events, police said.

According to the victim's account, Hall was intoxicated and high on marijuana at around midnight on the night in question. He allegedly entered the victim's bedroom while she was playing a video game online with friends and attempted to touch her legs, hands and feet. Hall's pants were down at the time of the alleged encounter, and the victim told police she could see his genitals.

The victim said her friends could hear what was happening before she muted her microphone, police said. Hall allegedly entered her room multiple times and tried to get her to drink alcohol and smoke marijuana with him, according to police.

In addition to indecent exposure and corruption of minors, Hall is charged with open lewdness and harassment, according to police.
