YORK COUNTY, Pa. — The man accused of robbing and assaulting an elderly woman has been arrested.
Frank Brannon Jr., 41, was wanted for a Dec. 12 robbery and assault along the 1100 block of Rampart Avenue in West York.
Before his capture, officers stated Brannon was homeless and was known to frequent the west end of York City.
According to the West York Borough Police Department, Brannon has been taken into custody and has been interviewed. He will reportedly be taken to York County Central Booking for arraignment.
