LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police - Troop J is currently searching for a missing person in Lancaster County.
According to a release from State Police, Thomas Stephan, 73, was entered as a missing person on Nov. 5, 2023, by Manheim Township Police Department.
Stephan was last seen in the area of Smyrna Road in Salisbury Township wearing tan pants and a jacket.
Lancaster Patrol Unit, PSP Aviation Unit and search and rescue teams are currently in the area.
