YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Three men have been arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon following a fight at Heritage Hills.
According to the York County Regional Police Department, on June 1 at 1:27 a.m., officers responded to Heritage Hills Golf Resort in York Township for a fight.
The fight consisted of a targeted attack by three suspects on three victims patronizing the restaurant. According to police, the three victims were attacked from behind and one victim was cut by a knife possessed by one of the suspects during the attack.
Employees from Heritage Hills were reportedly able to intervene and stop the attack, but all three suspects fled following the attack before police arrived.
The cut victim reportedly required medical attention.
Through a subsequent investigation, all three suspects were identified as Shawntay Handy, 45, T Kwon Banks, 20, and Tyjyre Stern, 22. Handy was identified as the suspect with a knife during the attack.
All three have reportedly been arraigned on felony aggravated assault charges.
