Three suspects rob York County woman's Lexus car, police investigating

One suspect allegedly told another to shoot the victim, but she did not observe a gun during the robbery.

YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Police in York County are investigating a reported robbery and vehicle theft.

According to the Northern York County Regional Police Department, officers responded to the 700 block of N. George Street in North York Borough on April 2 at 10:45 for the reported robbery.

The 38-year-old victim alleged that she drove home from work and parked her gray 2024 Lexus NX in front of her house. She reportedly noticed three men walk north on N. George St., passing her car. 

The victim alleged that she started to walk away from her Lexus when she heard the suspects approaching her from behind. She reportedly attempted to run into her home but was overtaken by the suspects. 

According to police, the suspects surrounded the victim and ordered her to give them her keys. One suspect allegedly told another to shoot the victim, but she did not observe a gun. 

The victim stated that one of the suspects reached into her pockets and removed her car keys. She was uninjured during the robbery.

The suspects reportedly fled the scene in her vehicle. The Lexus was later recovered unoccupied along the 200 block of Pine St. in York City. 

The attached video shows the three suspects, who all had hoods pulled up over their heads. 

On 04.02.24 at 10:45 PM the Northern York County Regional Police Department investigated a robbery that occurred in the 700 block of N. George St. in North York Borough. The 38 year old female victim reported that she drove home from work and parked her gray 2024 Lexus NX in front of her home. She advised that she observed three black males walk north on N. George St. passed her parked car. The victim started to walk from her Lexus to her home when she heard the suspects approaching her from behind. She attempted to run in her home but was overtaken by the suspects before she could get into her home. The victim stated she was surrounded by the suspects and ordered to give them her car keys. One suspect told another suspect to shoot her, no gun was observed by the victim. The victim stated that one of the suspects reached into her pockets and removed her car keys. The victim was not injured during this crime. The victim could not identify any of the suspects. She advised that all three of the suspects had hoods pulled up over their heads and that two of them had masks over their face. The suspects fled from the scene in her vehicle. The Lexus was later recovered unoccupied in the 200 block of Pine St. in York City. Surveillance camera captured the three suspects walking north on N. George St. just prior to the robbery. The man seen walking south is a potential witness of the suspects prior to the crime.
