YORK, Pa. — The York Area Regional Police Department has issued a warning advising the public not to approach new teen runaway, Zephania Wilson, as "he does not want to be located and may be dangerous and/or endangered."
Wilson was last seen on April 18, and his case has been called, "not the typical runaway."
Police have asked the public to call 911 immediately if you believe you may have seen him.
