HERSHEY, Pa. — ZooAmerica officials celebrated the unveiling of a new mural on Wednesday, created entirely by Milton Hershey students.
The floor-to-ceiling mural in the zoo's admissions building in Derry Township, Dauphin County features paintings of various North American animals.
Twenty student artists' drawings and paintings were combined to create the masterpiece.
The students' drawings and paintings were combined into a larger design that features animals like owls, wolves, eagles, snakes and turtles to greet ZooAmerica guests upon their arrival.
Each student artist received a mural shirt to commemorate their involvement and contribution to the project.
