PENNSYLVANIA, USA — Have something to say about construction projects near you? PennDOT wants to hear from you.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is accepting construction and maintenance services feedback through an online survey.
According to Transportation Secretary Mike Carroll, the survey is one way to identify successes and potential improvements in roadwork throughout the state.
From January through August, PennDOT put out 303 bridges for bid to be repaired, replaced, or preserved by PennDOT, and 3,100 roadway miles were improved.
In the 24-question customer satisfaction survey, respondents are asked whether construction and maintenance services have met or exceeded expectations and about their experiences reporting concerns to the department.
The survey is open to the public now through October 22 and can be accessed by clicking here.
