YORK, Pa. — Former president Donald J. Trump will visit York on Monday, his campaign announced.
Trump will deliver remarks on the economy at Precision Custom Components, located at 500 Lincoln Street in the city.
The event is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.
In his speech, Trump is expected to argue that the "economic failures" of "radical left Democrats," which he calls his opponent in the upcoming election, Vice President Kamala Harris, "have left Americans poorer and struggling to support their families."
Trump currently trails Harris in polling in several battleground states, but holds a slim lead over Harris in Pennsylvania, according to The Hill.
Harris and Trump will hold their first debate in Philadelphia on September 10.
