CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — Editor's note: The above video is from Oct. 16.
Cumberland County voters now have additional hours in which to drop off their absentee or mail-in ballots, the county's Bureau of Elections announced today.
The extra hours include:
- Thursday, Nov. 2, 4:30 - 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Nov. 4, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
No additional voter services will be available during the extended hours.
Voters can also drop off their ballots during the Bureau's regular hours on Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 7, from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. The ballots can be hand-delivered to the Bureau of Elections, located at 1601 Ritner Highway, Suite 201, in Carlisle.
The last day to apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot is Tuesday, Oct. 31. Postmarks will not be accepted.
The last day to receive voted mail-in or absentee ballots is Tuesday, Nov. 7. The County Election Office must receive all ballots by 8 p.m. Postmarks will not be accepted.
