LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Rep. Bryan Cutler (R) is currently serving his eighth term in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, where he represents the 100th Legislative District in Lancaster County.
Currently, Cutler's committee assignments include Committee On Committees and being the Chair of the Rules Committee.
Born and raised in Lancaster County, Cutler grew up in Peach Bottom Township. He received his Certificate from the Lancaster General School of Radiology in 1995 and graduated summa cum laude from Lebanon Valley College in 2001.
Cutler and his wife, Jennifer, have three children, and they reside in his childhood home.
According to Cutler's website, he has helped reform the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), promoted greater integrity and transparency in state government strengthened lobbyist disclosure law, led efforts to establish a state-based health insurance exchange and reformed Pa.'s election laws.
Cutler is running for re-election to represent District 100 and will be up against Dave Nissley for the Republican primary election on April 23.
The 100th Legislative District contains part of Lancaster County, including the townships of Bart, Colerain, Drumore, East Drumore, Eden, Fulton, part of Lancaster, Leacock, Little Britain, Martic, Paradise, Pequea, Providence and the boroughs of Millervise and Quarryville.
