RFK Jr., Dr. Phil campaign for former President Donald Trump in Lancaster County

The pair talked about making the country healthier and how the upcoming election could have an impact far beyond Election Day.

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Both presidential campaigns are hitting the Commonwealth hard with less than two weeks until Election Day.

Former independent presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. held an event at Spooky Nook Sports Complex in East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County. Kennedy Jr. was joined by TV host Dr. Phil as they campaigned on behalf of former President Donald Trump.

The pair talked about making the country healthier and how the upcoming election could have an impact far beyond Election Day.

"A chronic disease is life-threatening to us. People worry about the next pandemic. Well, the next pandemic is going to affect us if we're sick. We [have to] get Americans healthy again and that's what Donald Trump wants to do," Kennedy Jr. said at the event.

RFK Jr. endorsed Trump after dropping out of the race in August.

On Saturday, Oct. 26, both Trump and his running mate J.D. Vance will be in the Keystone State. Trump will be holding a rally in State College at the Bryce Jordan Center at 4 p.m. while Vance is in Harrisburg, speaking at Rock Church on Market Street at 7:30 p.m.
