NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, Pa. — The Saucon Valley School District has reached a settlement with The Satanic Temple after blocking its After School Satan Club from meeting on the district's campus back in April of 2022.
According to the ACLU, the district has agreed to pay $200,000 to The Satanic Temple in a lawsuit that alleged district officials improperly blocked the club from meeting in school facilities.
In addition to the settlement, the district is also ordered to allow the club the same access to school facilities that other similar organizations receive.
