BALTIMORE — Community members will soon have the chance to voice their opinions on the proposed demolition of the Francis Scott Key Bridge's remaining structures.
This call for public input comes after the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) determined that these structures cannot be reused for the bridge's reconstruction.
A public informational hearing is scheduled for Aug. 1 at the Baltimore County Public Library's North Point Branch located at 1716 Merritt Boulevard in Dundalk. A public information hearing will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., the informational hearing will begin at 5:30 p.m. and end no later than 7:30 p.m.
Written comments will be accepted until Aug. 15.
