GRANTVILLE, Pa. — It's the biggest showdown of the year to date for Penn State as they take on number 3, Ohio State. Many Penn State fans gathered at Hollywood Casino to enjoy each other's company and watch the big game in a big setting.
"It's super fun my husband and I are season ticket holders so the away games we decided to come here," said Alissa Stutzman. "It's awesome it was our first time and it was a lot of fun."
The Penn State tailgate included games at halftime such as flip cup, beer pong, and more. Even Nittany Lion football alum Mickey Shuler Jr. showed up to watch the game among the fans
"There is nothing better than Penn State fans they are the best in the world," said Shuler Jr. "It's a huge community around the whole country but around this area we are close so it's nice to see,"
Although the result wasn't the one Penn State fans came for, the comradery amongst the crowd was palpable.
