STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Penn State now knows its entire schedule for next season after the Big Ten announced its conference schedule on Thursday.
The 2024 season will be the first season with 18 teams for the Big Ten thanks to the additions of Oregon, UCLA, USC and Washington. The Big Ten also released Penn State's regular-season conference opponents through 2028.
Thanks to the changes to the Big Ten, Penn State will not face Michigan again in regular-season play until at least 2026.
As part of the schedule rotation, Penn State will avoid facing Ohio State in 2026 and 2027. The Buckeyes return to the Lions' schedule in 2028 and, presumably, 2029.
