Bears have light workout on Wednesday after big victory on Tuesday Night

Hershey holds commanding 3-0 lead on Cleveland in best-of-7 series

CLEVELAND — Tuesday Night's scary good performance from the Hershey Bears has the Monsters on the brink of elimination in the AHL playoffs.

On Wednesday, Hershey held a light workout to prepare for Game 4 of their series on Thursday night in Cleveland.

The Bears have two chances to close out their fourth consecutive playoff series on the road, including last year's Calder Cup Finals at Coachella Valley. The crowd of almost 15,000 at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse didn't faze this group of experienced Bears.

"Lot of noise and they're chirping at you from behind the bench," smiled Bears forward Ethen Frank. "We just laugh and we love it you know, it's exciting for sure."

Six different players scored for the Bears in their Game 3 dismantling of Cleveland. The compete team effort makes Hershey hard to beat.

“It definitely took everyone in that locker room," explained Alex Limoges. "Shep stood on his head, gave us a chance to win again and we were opportunistic so year, it was a fun one.”

Limoges scored the game-winner in the second period to make it 3-2.  It also started a three goal flurry from the Bears that put the game out of reach.

FOX43 will once again broadcast Game 4 on Thursday Night on FOX43.2 Antenna TV.  Faceoff in Cleveland is at 7 p.m.
