Pickleball lovers prepare: a new club is opening in Central Pa.

The club will be the first of it's kind to be open in Central Pa.

ENOLA, Pa. — Popularity in the sport of pickleball continues to grow across the world. That rings true for south central Pennsylvania, with Ace Pickleball Club preparing to unveil its new nearly 30,000 square foot facility for players, who will have plenty of room to play and enjoy.

"We believe this is going to be a really great indoor pickleball facility that’s really going to meet and serve the need in the community," said Owner Bob Miller "Also, current pickleball players and help introduce new players to pickleball."

The facility will have 10 courts and even themed nights like glow in the dark pickleball. 

According to pickleball website pickleheads the Keystone State has the 11th most courts in the United States.

"I think it’s a sport that’s pretty easy to get into for a variety of different levels," said Miller. "We’ll have everything from advanced players to intermediate players to beginner."

The Ace Pickleball facility is expected to open on August 10th on E. Penn Drive in Enola, Cumberland County.

"We have a play site system you have a QR code at the court you can record yourself playing send that to your friends and coaches and get ratings through that," said Miller. "We have a many features that we are really excited about."
