This week's rainy weather has forced Williams Grove Speedway to cancel its scheduled races for Friday night.
The Mechanicsburg racing venue announced the decision Friday morning on its social media pages.
"Due to saturated grounds and the expected high winds forecasted for this evening, Williams Grove has made the decision to cancel its racing action for Friday April 12," the race track said. "Our next event will be Friday April 19 for the Tommy Hinnershitz Classic presented by Seifert Concrete."
