HARRISBURG, Pa. — The second Fish-for-Free Day in Pennsylvania of 2023 is set for Tuesday, July 4.
Fish-for-Free Days allow anyone to legally fish on Pennsylvania waterways with no fishing license required, according to the Pa. Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
