PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers received mail written from young Steelers fans before the start of the season, and a few players read and responded to the mail in a video posted on X.

Linebacker T.J. Watt, defensive tackle Cam Heyward and linebacker Alex Highsmith were shown reading the letters and reacting to the excited, passionate fans' mail.

A letter read by Watt said, "Dear T.J., I just want you to know that you are very good at football. I hope you get a ton of sacks and all sorts of good stuff and make the Steelers proud. From, Nolan."

Watt responded by thanking Nolan.

Heyward read a letter saying, "Dear Steelers, I really, really, really need you guys to win."

Heyward responded, "We'll take care of that."

The Steelers will kick off their 2024-25 season on Sunday, Sept. 8 at 1 p.m. against the Atlanta Falcons in Atlanta, Ga.
