CAMP HILL, Pa. — A new esports arena is coming to central Pennsylvania.
On Saturday, Valhallan Esports Training will open its doors with a special grand opening celebration in Hampden Township, Cumberland County.
Valhallan aims to create an inclusive, educational community where kids of all backgrounds, abilities and skill levels can find a positive and productive outlet for their esports interests.
The owners say they are excited to welcome community youth to their newest facility.
“We’ve worked hard to create a special space where kids feel empowered to take their love for gaming to the next level," said Andrew Aultman, owner. "We want to be a positive and safe way for parents to support their children’s passion for gaming while incorporating education and life skills, community, confidence, sportsmanship and fun."
The grand opening is on Saturday, Dec. 9 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The public can explore the space, learn about the programs being offered and enjoy a free trial game.
Valhallan Esports Training is located at 101 N. St. Johns Church Road in Camp Hill.
