A two vehicle crash in Ephrata Township claims the life of an 84 year
The crash happened at the intersection of Hahnstown Road and Glenwood Drive around 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
Ephrata Police say a sedan driven by 84 year-old Patricia Lausch pulled into the path of a pick-up truck after stopping at the intersection.
Lausch was taken to Reading Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
The driver of the pick-up truck was not injured in the crash.
The road was closed for about 2 hours for the investigation and clean-up.
