ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. — An overturned tractor-trailer on U.S. 15 southbound at U.S. Route 30 in Adams County caused some traffic delays.
According to PennDOT spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler, the tractor-trailer was carrying either mulch or topsoil when it overturned.
At this time, there is no word on injuries.
According to Schreffler, the crash occurred just after 1 p.m. and was the only vehicle involved.
As of 5 p.m., the scene has been cleared and all lanes are open.
