Stuck truck: Lancaster County bridge closed for repairs after semi gets jammed

Bitzer's Mill Covered Bridge in West Earl Township was struck by a semi-truck on Monday and is closed for repairs, according to the Farmersville Fire Company.

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Lancaster County bridge is temporarily closed for repairs after a semi-truck got stuck inside it. 

Bitzer's Mill Covered Bridge in West Earl Township, which crosses the Conestoga Creek at Cider Mill Road and Cats Back Road has been struck by a semi-truck and is closed for repairs, according to the Farmersville Fire Company

The bridge will remain closed until the required inspections and repairs can be made, which officials hope to be quickly completed.
