The National Weather Service in State College, PA has issued a Freezing Rain Advisory until 11 A.M. for Dauphin, Lebanon, Lancaster, and York counties. Before temperatures rise above freezing, some brief pockets of light freezing rain or freezing drizzle are possible in the advisory area before changing to all rain. Watch out for some slick or icy spots.
