Live Updates: Winter storm arrives in Central PA

The storm is expected to bring heavy snow to the midstate through Thursday morning.

A winter storm warning is in effect for most of Central Pennsylvania as heavy snow is expected to begin around lunchtime on Wednesday and continue through Thursday morning.
