    LANCASTER  COUNTY, Pa. – Nearly a dozen people face charges following a recent undercover prostitution sting operation at hotels on and near the Lincoln Highway by East Lampeter Township Police.   • Charges dropped against man in 2014 Lebanon City shooting

    UPDATE: The charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault and robbery against Quentin Gillette were withdrawn the same month he was initially charged.  No other charges have been filed against Gillette in this incident.   PREVIOUSLY REPORTED: Police identify a suspect in last Friday night’s shooting of a Lebanon City man.   • Police incident closes Route 441 in Columbia Borough

    COLUMBIA, Pa. — Police respond to a reported shooting in the area of Route 441 and Route 30 just after 6 p.m. One person was reportedly transported to the hospital.  A portion of Route 441 was closed to traffic for about an hour. Few details of the incident have been released. Unconfirmed reports are that it began with car chase that orignated in York County. The investigation continues.

  • 17 year old shooting victim in critical condition; female suspect in custody in Swatara Township

    SWATARA TOWNSHIP, DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa.– Swatara Township Police are investigating a domestic related shooting involving a juvenile. At about 6:14 p.m. police responded to a home in the 700 block of Highland Street for what was described as a domestic incident with shots fired.     YORK, Pa. — York City Police report that the 29 year old victim in a shooting on Sunday night, May 28th has died. Edwin Pacheco-Ruiz was pronounced dead at York Hospital today as a result of his wounds.
