  • Mother charged after she hits daughter with bra

    LITITZ, Pa. – A mother is charged after she hits and injures her daughter with a bra.  Lititz Borough Police responded at about 7:11 pm. this evening to a home in the 700 block of Keller Driver for a domestic disturbance. Police say Karen Ann Fritz, 51 used a bra to strike her 21-year-old daughter in the face.  The daughter’s injury was minor. Fritiz was charged with Harassment, a summary offense.

    YORK, Pa. – Two people are hospitalized after a pedestrian is hit by a moving vehicle in York City. It happened at about 3:58 p.m. Wednesday along the 700 block of Roosevelt Avenue.   • Man who beat overburden horse pleads guilty to animal cruelty charges

    EPHRATA, Pa. – A 20-year-old Lancaster County man pleads guilty to two counts of animal cruelty which lead to the death of his horse. Marvin Sensenig, of Ephrata, was charged last week, for beating the horse after it had collapsed while pulling a cart loaded with water melons.  It happened near the intersection of Bethany and Brossman Roads in Ephrata.  Efforts to save the horse failed and it was eventually euthanized.
