    LITITZ, Pa. — A young boy in Lancaster County has had quite the health battle. Tony Forte is in need of four organ transplants. Those surgeries will cost well over $1 million.     The “Zip Up for Special Needs” campaign created heart-shaped zipper pulls to promote awareness and acceptance of kids with special needs.
