A press conference is scheduled for Saturday morning to announce the names of the 27 victims from the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Newtown, Connecticut.
Among the victims were 20 children — 18 who were pronounced dead at the scene and two who died at the hospital — and six adults. The school’s assistant principal was shot in the leg, but survived and was being treated at Danbury Hospital.
