Some of the victims on a ferry that crashed two weeks ago in New York are suing the pilot and Seastreak, the company that operates the boat.
On Tuesday, a $45 million lawsuit was filed on behalf of one of the victims who remains in a coma since the accident. The suit is one of at least five cases brought against Seastreak.
The New York bound ferry, crashed on January 9th, hurting over 70 people. The pilot has said, the engine didn’t work properly and caused it to crash into a lower Manhattan pier.
