The National Weather Service in State College, PA has issued a Freezing Rain Advisory beginning at 11 P.M. this evening and ending at 9 A.M. Monday. The combination of warm air aloft in the atmosphere combined with temperatures falling below freezing at the surface tonight will make any precipitation fall in the form of freezing rain. This will make overnight traveling and the morning commute icy in several spots, so be sure to use extra caution on the roads. Accumulations will range from a light, spotty glaze to as much as 0.1″ in some spots.
