North Middleton Township Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of 41-year old Orlando Twyford, of North 2nd Street, Harrisburg. Twyford is wanted on several offenses, including Auto Theft, Identity Theft, Access Device Fraud and Theft by Deception.
Police believe Twyford may have fled to Florida. Anyone with information on Twyford and his whereabouts is asked to contact the North Middleton Police Department at 717-243-7910.
