The suspect in a fatal weekend shooting in York City turned himself into police. Flair Griggs was wanted on a Criminal Homicide charge in connection with the shooting death of 17 year old Joseph Gomez, Junior. Gomez died from multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of a McDonald’s restaurant in the 100 block of South George street just after 1 pm on Saturday, April 13. The shooting happened just hours after a gun control rally.
Police also say they have also located Jaquane Balls. Balls had been wanted for questioning.
