Police seek identity of unidentified body from 1998 cold case

Manor Township Police have released a picture of facial reconstruction of an unidentified body from a 1998 cold case. On April 18, 1998, police pulled a man’s body from the Susquehanna River near Cresswell Station, north of the Safe Harbor Dam.

The body was described as a white man in his late 20′s to early 30′s, around 6’1″ and between 200 and 240 pounds. Investigators were able to recover fingerprints, dental and DNA information from the man but were unable to identify him.

Police have released a photo of the unknown man’s reconstructed face, hoping that someone will be able to identify him. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Mike Phennegar at 717-299-5231.

    Looks like a man named Arthur Deering has been missing since 1998 from New York ?? Hope they find the family to whomever this may be

    It looks like my old boss from the former your place restaurant on fruitville pike. he used to live on east petersburg rd (i think that was the name) it was on the same side as neffsville park little brick house…..then he went to work for the disney store at the mall after he divorced his wife. his name was tom jones and he went by TJ……..
