Bikers and runners are hoping the state’s next budget will pay for safer paths. Lawmakers have the chance to secure the first-ever funding in the state transportation bill which was passed by the senate last Wednesday. The bill would offer funding to make roads and communities safer for outdoor enthusiasts. Tourism is the second biggest money maker in the state.
