Lancaster city police are investing a sudden death of a 19-year-old Lancaster girl.
Her body was found when emergency response teams responded to 515 East End Avenue at around 2:45am Wednesday morning. When they arrived they found the girl on the floor unconscious and not breathing, pronouncing her dead at that scene.
An autopsy was performed by Lancaster County Coroner later that afternoon, we are waiting for the final determination of the cause of death, no identification released on the young woman pending family notification. Investigators spent the day interviewing residents in the area and are still going over the scene at the residence.
