A female was sitting on the steps and was robbed and assaulted by a robber.
A 18-year-old victim was sitting on the steps at a store on the corner of 10th and Lehman street counting her money (which was several hundred dollars). A male was walking by and grabbed her money. The girl did resist but the suspect threw her to the ground before fleeing on foot West on Lehman street.
A woman passing by in her vehicle notice the incident taking place and began to follow the male in her car while calling police. After a while the Medina noticed the woman in the car and pulled a hand gun from his waistband, pointed it at the female in her car and threatened her.
Police located Mario Medina, 29, of Lebanon in a residence located on the 1300 block of Church street and positively identified him as the robber police said.
The cash was not on him but police did recover the firearm which was a 9mm Ruger, that was reported stolen in August of 2012. Police also found ten individually wrapped marijuana baggies in the house.
Medina is also being charged Robbery, simple Assault, receiving stolen property, persons not to possess a firearm and possession with intent to deliver.
He was arraigned in Lebanon County Prison with a 250,000 bail.
