A “Suspicious” car leads to the arrest of a Buffalo, New York man on multiple drug charges in Lancaster. City police noticed the occupied vehicle at about 5:22 Saturday afternoon in a private parking lot in the 1st block of South Arch Street. A man inside the car was identified as 28 year old Dennis Arcuri, also known as “King D”. A search of Arcuri found he was in possession of 44 grams of marijuana.
Police obtained a search warrant for the vehicle, a rental car not contracted to Arcuri. Inside the car officers found 103 additional grams of Marijuana, 2 grams of Crack Cocaine, drug packaging materials, $1,022 in cash, A Sky semi-automatic 9 mm pistol with holster reportedly stolen from Berks County in 2012 and a magazine with 19 rounds of 9 mm ammo, also stolen from Berks County.
It was also discovered during the investigation that Arcuri has a prior felony drug conviction in New York.
Charges against Arcuri include Possession of Crack Cocaine, Persons Not to Possess a Firearm, Carrying a Firearm without a License, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,\.
Following arraignment, Arcuri was sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $125,000 bail.
