10:00 A.M. – 11:30 A.M. – Wreath-Laying and Ceremony
10:00-10:02         Emcee (Stephen Herr) assumes the podium and announces the wreath laying ceremony will begin.  Note that the emcee acknowledges each individual as they place the wreath; the wreaths are laid in silence.
