Authorities say an early morning fire in York City has displaced 10 people, including four children. Flames broke out around 2:30 a.m. along the 100 block of Manchester Street. Two homes were involved.
Fire officials say everyone was able to make it out safely.
The Red Cross are assisting the families.
So far, no word on what caused the fire.
