A Cumberland County woman is charged with Access Device Fraud. Amber R. Miller, 27, of Mechanicsburg, was arrested Saturday, December 14, on an outstanding warrant.
Police say last August, Miller used another person’s debit card, without permission, to withdraw money from that person’s bank account.
Miller was taken to Cumberland County Prison over the weekend for arraignment.
