U.S. Marshals arrest a Columbia Borough shooting suspect in New York. Borough police had a warrant on an Attempted Homicide charge for Terrance J. Lucas, 38. Terrance is suspected of shooting a 34 year old man in the early morning hours of November 16. It happened in 100 block of Walnut Street.
Members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force took Lucas into custody this morning at a relative’s home in Queens.
